Crocker, Wing SOO II Selections

South Sydney utility Craig Wing has been named in the NSW Origin Team for game two of the 2009 Series to be played at ANZ Stadium in Sydney on Wednesday 24 June. Wing has retained his spot on the interchange bench, enabling NSW to use his skills across a number of positions. Congratulations to Craig Wing on his selection for NSW. However later Craig Wing had to pull out due to injury sustained in the Melbourne clash.
South Sydney lock Michael Crocker has also been selected on the interchange bench for the Queensland State of Origin team to play NSW in the second game of the series at ANZ Stadium in Sydney on Wednesday 24 June. Crocker will play in his 12th State of Origin match next week, having made his debut for the Maroons in 2003. Crocker will come face-to-face with Rabbitohs team mate Craig Wing who was selected in the NSW side last night.
