South Sydney Rabbitohs' players Greg Inglis, Dave Taylor, Issac Luke and Matt King have all been selected in representative teams to play in their respective representative matches next weekend. Inglis and Taylor have been selected in the Australian side and will come up against their Club team mate Issac Luke who has been selected in the New Zealand squad for the one-off Test match to be played at Eden Park in Auckland this Friday night. Inglis will play in the centres in his 21st Test match for Australia, whereas Taylor will be making his international debut against the Kiwis on Friday. Luke will also play his 21st Test match for the Kiwis once they finalise their team from the 19-man squad named tonight. King has earned a recall to the Country team since returning from the English Super League, winning his third Country Origin jersey to play City Origin in Mudgee on Sunday. Taylor, who becomes the 64th Australian representative from the South Sydney Rabbitohs, says he still can't believe his name was read out in the Australian team tonight. "It hasn't really sunk in yet, but after a tough day against the Warriors it's put a smile on my face to have heard my name read out," Taylor said from Auckland. "I'm just extremely proud to have been picked to achieve this goal and it's a great opportunity to take the next step in my career. "To achieve this with South Sydney is a massive honour. Players like Bob McCarthy and Ron Coote and so many great players have played for Australia from Souths and to be alongside them, well, I can't describe it really. "My mum and dad, my family, my manager, they're all very excited and I guess it will all sink in more as it gets closer to Friday's game. "Hopefully I can do Australia and South Sydney proud." On behalf of all Rabbitohs Members and supporters, we congratulate Greg Inglis, David Taylor, Issac Luke and Matt King on selections for 2012 representative teams.
