Milne was a member of the South Sydney premiership decider making squad in 2021. He is also a one time South Sydney Reserve Grade premiership winning squad member in 2023.
Milne came to South Sydney as a journey man, playing Australian Schoolboy Rugby Union player who played with Randwick. He also played for the JUnior Kiwis in 2014 and 2015. He had stints with Sydney Roosters, St George-Illawarra, Wests, Mt Pritchard and the Warriors. He was also a Fiji international before coming to South Sydney. He made his South Sydney senior grade premiership debut in the 2021 Round 6 clash against Western Suburbs at Stadium Australia. A month later he made his South Sydney first grade premiership debut in the 2021 Round 10 Magic Round clash against Cronulla-Sutherland at the Lang Park Stadium.
Milne is a firey powerful running right winger, who carts the ball up with great effect. He has played a number of games at centre and second row.
Milne continued his international career with Fiji after joining South Sydney, starting with the 2022 Pacific Test against Papua-New Guinea.
