Sullivan is a Illawarra product who came through the St George-Illawara system before joining Wests-Tigers on a high profile contract. After the Wests-Tigers signed Luai from Penrith, Sullivan came to South Sydney in heavily subsidised arrangement from the Wests-Tigers in 2025. He made his South Sydney first grade cup debut in the 2025 Pre-Season Challenge match against St George-Illawarra at Mudgee Stadium. He made his first grade premiership debut with South Sydney in the 2025 Round 1 clash against the Dolphins at Western Sydney Stadium.
