The South Sydney Rabbitohs are pleased to announce their squad for the 40th Charity Shield match against the St George Illawarra Dragons to be played this Saturday 18 February at 4:20pm AEDST at Glen Willow Stadium in Mudgee. Rabbitohs Head Coach Jason Demetriou has named a 26-man squad for the 40th Charity Shield as the Rabbitohs aim to win back the title after going down to the Dragons in 2022. H.Sele, Havili, Knight, Cartwright, D.Hawkins and Peoples are out injured. Te Hau and Milne is out suspended.
Souths Cares is the Rabbitohs’ chosen charity for this game, an organisation that operates programs for disadvantaged, marginalized and Indigenous youth and their families in the South Sydney district, around the State and throughout the Country in the areas of education, training, health and employment.

The South Sydney Rabbitohs’ women’s and junior representative teams will head to Camden this weekend for round three matches in their respective competitions against the Wests Tigers and Western Suburbs Magpies.
