Siegwalt hails from Wagga Wagga and Gundagai was playing local football before helping Walgett win the Koori Knockout and being crowned player of the tournament. After briefly entering the Riverina and Canterbury system as junior and having a train & trial stint with St George-Illawarra, he headed to Queensland and played in Queensland Cup with Redcliffe and Souths-Logan, and train & trialed with Brisbane, before coming over to play for South Sydney. A late bloomer Siegwalt made his South Sydney senior grade and first grade club debut in the 2026 Round 1 Pre-Season Challenge clash against St George-Illawarra at Wollongong Stadium. A few weeks later he made his South Sydney senior grade premiership debut in the 2026 Round 1 Reserve Grade clash against Newcastle at the Cessnock Sports Ground. When namesake Latrell Mitchell was a late withdrawal he was called up to make his South Sydney first grade premiership debut in the 2026 Round 10 clash against Cronulla-Sutherland at Stadium Australia.
Siegwalt is a skillful running centre, with speed, step and quality passing game and a reliable goal kicker.
Siegwalt made his international debut in the 2026 Rugby League World Cup for France against Samoa.
